Good experience until we had to exit the store. A security guy checked our shopping bag, looked at our receipt, and he was trying to explain that we had more items in the bag when compared to the number of items on the receipt. He had a bit of attitude. The problem was that this security person did not know how to count. We had to count with him the items in the shopping bag to show him that we did not steal anything. I am not sure if I should be irritated or amused. Ikea, please teach your staff how to count until 10. Thank you.

SHOCKING! Less then one star! I started ordering my kitchen in February. Still nothing! I had numerous appointments canceled without so much as a text message even. I taken days off work driven to appointments only to find out they were canceled. I was supposed to have kitchen delivered today. Guess what? It was canceled! My entire order was canceled and no one notified me. I took a day off work and waited at home and no one showed up. When I called to see why I was told my entire order was canceled because they were missing 2 parts that I could have easily changed for something else or even buy at the different store. The customer service offered me reimbursement or i can make another order for end of the month. And God knows will that one arrive! When I asked can I go and pick up my order myself (with a rented van that I would have to pay) they still couldn’t guarantee that my order will be available even minus those 2 parts. Customer service can not help me at all and they can not connect me with someone who can!
