Super they help you with everything even when some are not the best at English. Super friendly and try the best at helping where they can. I can only give it 5 stars otherwise I would give it 7 start.

Staff everywhere talking to each other doing nothing, if you ask for help it's never their section so they can't sell you a basic item you need no advice on, waited 20 mins to get served in a basically empty store. Will go back to Amazon shopping.

We visited Darty Limoges to purchase a number of large items for our kitchen. Celia and the manager (apologies I have forgotten his name) provided absolutely excellent customer service and supported our order ensuring everything was accurate, they both willingly supported us in English which was hugely helpful. Thank you both we can’t wait to receive our goods 👍

I visited the store and wanted to make an order that was a bit out of the ordinary. I was dealt with by Ahmed who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my order. During the wait for delivery, he was helpful and available to ensure that any concerns I had were addressed. I was back in the store yesterday (15 June 2022) to finalise the order and delivery. Again, Ahmed was very helpful, and friendly- as were his colleagues Sylvie and Alexis, plus the store manager (whose name I didn’t catch, sorry!) I’ve heard and read mixed reviews about Darty, but I cannot fault their help and professionalism, esp Ahmed.

I was looking to replace a laptop, didn't need anything too technical, so with some advice from a sales assistant, I brought a Acer Chromebook which seems to do all I need it to do. Very helpful staff.

Very good for electrical, the website says it sells all sorts, but lots of stuff on the site is from partner sellers that can only be ordered on leave me, we used the store to order a freezer, would have put this in the 4x4... Out of stock, so rather than a 80 minutes round trip to pick it up we opted for delivery...€30... A bit steep! But delivered on the day promised. We then used a partner site to order 2 garden chairs online, delivery charge was @€11... That's more like it! And these were delivered in 2 days with an easy online tracking system so we knew where our order was, well done, I'd use the online bit again but if try to find out if goods were in stock at store in future to avoid the €30 delivery charge.
